Community Wall

01 Nov 2019

Today we launched our new charity at our Community Wall for The Salvation Army's Christmas Appeal. Christmas can be a wonderful time, but when tragedy or crisis hits it can be terribly hard. Children, people struggling alone and families battling to keep food on the table are the hardest hit.

This Christmas, we want to give hope to Australians battling tough times.

For November and December, we are seeking the following donations to assist The Salvation Army's Christmas Appeal:

  • breakfast cereal
  • spreads
  • tinned tuna & ham
  • soft drink
  • long life juice
  • long life milk
  • biscuits
  • lollies
  • chocolate
  • chips
  • nuts
  • dried fruit
  • crackers
  • muesli bars
  • jelly
  • pancake mix
  • Christmas cake / Christmas Pudding
  • tinned fruit
  • tea / coffee / milo
  • sugar
  • gravy
  • Christmas crackers

Your donation means The Salvation Army can offer:

  • shelter to people with nowhere to sleep
  • gifts for kids who would otherwise get none
  • hampers for people struggling to afford basic meals
  • support for those struck by disaster

Your donations are enormously appreciated because they really do give hope where it's needed most.
