In line with the WA State Government’s easing of public health and social measures, from Friday 29 April 2022:

  • Masks and proof of vaccination are no longer required when visiting our centres
  • The 2 square metre rule and capacity limits have been removed.

  • Masks & proof of vaccination requirements remain unchanged
  • The 2 square metre rule remains in effect

In line with WA Government health guidelines, from Thursday 3 March 2022, in addition to the existing indoor mask requirements, proof of vaccination, and contact registration, new capacity limits are in place at the following venues.

2psm rule and 150 patron limit applies at:

  • Hospitality venues (seated service only) – including Cafes, Restaurants, Takeaway and Food Courts
  • Fitness venues – including Gyms
  • Personal care – including Hairdressers and Beauty Services

50% capacity limit applies at:

  • Entertainment venues with forward facing seating – including Cinemas

In line with WA Government health guidelines, from Monday 31 January 2022, proof of vaccination will be required for those aged 16 years & over to visit the following venues/retailers at Rockingham Centre:

  • All hospitality and licensed venues, including restaurants, fast food outlets, cafe's and pubs (take-away and food courts excluded)
  • Bottle shops including drive-through
  • Indoor entertainment venues, including gaming arcades, cinemas, gaming and live music venues

17 January 2022

In line with WA Government directions, from 6pm 16 January 2022 you are required to wear a mask indoors, including at our centre.

You are also required to check in using the SafeWA QR Codes on our food court tables and at each of our retailers.

The safety and well-being of our customers, retailers, team and community continues to be our top priority. We will continue to take extra precautions to ensure our centre is clean and hygienic every time you visit, including:

  • Increased sanitisation and cleaning of customer touch points and high traffic areas
  • Reminding visitors to keep a healthy distance apart with physical and digital signage, and PA announcements
  • Traffic and density management in our carparks and our malls using innovative heat mapping technology

We all have a part to play, and you can make a big difference in helping us maintain a COVIDSafe environment everybody can enjoy by:

  • Keeping a healthy distance from each other
  • Keep wearing your mask in our centre
  • Check in at the centre and each store during your visit using the SafeWA QR Codes
  • We know the situation will continue to evolve and we can assure you we’re staying up to date with the latest government advice and are working hard to adapt and keep our customers, retailers, team and community informed.

While visiting the centre, please help us keep our community safe by following the below good hygiene practices:

  • Wash hands regularly, including after touching common surfaces and after coughing or sneezing.
  • If you happen to cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, then dispose of it, or if you do not have a tissue, cover your mouth and nose with your upper sleeve.
  • Remember to practice social distancing (at least 1.5m away from any other customer)
  • Be sure to use our hand sanitiser located at entrances both on arrival and departure.
