"Plastic Free July” is an annual campaign encouraging people to cut down on single-use plastics throughout the month of July. The initiative began as a simple challenge and has grown into a worldwide movement, engaging over 100 million participants in 190 countries. 

Rockingham Centre is proud to partner with Rockingham Beach Cleans for our annual display highlighting the threat to global marine life.  The artwork has been created using plastics found on our local beaches. Be sure to take a moment to view this inspiring display near the Food Court at Rockingham Centre.

Get involved and learn more about local “Community Beach Clean” days organised by the Rockingham Beach Cleans dedicated group of volunteers, hosted on the 1st Sunday of every month at various Rockingham beaches!  Everyone is welcome!
