In 2020, Rockingham Centre will continue to build strong and close relationships with the Rockingham Community.

We hope to be able to engage and connect Rockingham as a community and strengthen community bonds.

Forget about your daily stresses and routines as you take your mind to a quiet place from the comfort of your own home. This special series of four classes, facilitated by Arooza from Inner Artistry Centre, will offer both theory and practical components with deep relaxation and guided meditation to experience the stillness each week.  Participants will practice how to let go of the mind chatter and how to rest and operate from the heart.  

This is a four-week course with participants booking to commit to taking part each week on the dates below:

  • Saturday 25 July, 10am – 11.15am
  • Saturday 1 August, 10am – 11.15am
  • Saturday 8 August, 10am – 11.15am
  • Saturday 15 August, 10am – 11.15am
  • Saturday 22 August, 10am – 11.15am

Participants will require a PC, smartphone, tablet and internet access. This workshop will be delivered using the online platform Zoom. Participants are encouraged to download Zoom to their device prior to the workshop date to ensure for ease of access.

A link will be sent out to registered participants once attendance has been confirmed.

Bookings are essential.

Come to our free Coder Dojo Club where young people can work on their coding skills and build creative projects of their own choice using digital technology. Please bring along your own laptop computer. Sessions run fortnightly on Monday afternoon during school terms. Suitable for ages 7-17 (parents welcome and encouraged to attend).
