Event Summary

Food Sensations for Adults is a community nutrition education program targeted at adults 18+ who want to increase their food literacy skills.

Over four sessions (held over five weeks) you will learn to cook tasty, easy recipes and get involved in fun nutrition activities.

This program is free, however we ask that participants attend all four sessions.

Sessions are held on Tuesdays, 10am–12.30pm

Session 3: 27 August
Session 4: 10 September

  • An overview of G-Suite – professional apps from Google to make running your business easier

The City will be hosting a Community Lantern Parade as part of the Rockingham Foreshore Celebration on Saturday 26 October 2019. The lantern parade will take place at Churchill Park, Rockingham Foreshore from 7.30pm.

​Community members have the opportunity to be part of the celebratory parade by attending one of the City's free Lantern Workshops. Lanterns will be made from recycled materials to signify the importance of recycling in the City and along our beaches.
