Pop-up Puppets

Come along to the Rockingham Arts Centre and create your own soft pop-up puppet. This workshop is for children aged 4-8 years. Two sessions available: 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm. Parent/guardians are required to stay for the duration of the activity.

The RAD Walkers (Rockingham Alzheimer’s and Dementia Walking Group) is a fortnightly walking group for people living with dementia and their carers. The group meets fortnightly on the first and third Friday of each month, from 10am-11am at the Village Green, Flinders Lane, Rockingham.

Come along and make new friends while keeping active in a welcoming and supportive environment.

RAD Walkers is a partnership between the City, Alzheimer's WA and Rockingham and Districts Alzheimer's Inc.

Restore your vitality and feel the well-being you need for winter with our health and wellness workshop.

This workshop will cover mindfulness techniques that people can use to assist with their mood and to ensure that they are in tune with their breathing and body. We will also have some special tea samples for participants to try on the morning as well as some great recipes for winter.

People living with dementia and their carers are invited to attend the monthly A Drop In The Ocean Memory Café. The Memory Café is an opportunity for people living with dementia and their carers to join others for a friendly cuppa, to share experiences and memories, and make new friends.
 
The Memory Café takes place on the third Monday of each month from 10am-12pm at The Clipper Café, 20-30 Patterson Road, Rockingham.
